JIT Powder Coating prides itself on having an excellent Quality Assurance programs in place. Every powdercoated part is visually inspected for cosmetic appearance. Every lot is tested for cure and adhesion using ASTM test methods. Color (using an X-rite colorimeter) and gloss are check at color changes. Our suppliers support us with regular outside services for items such as salt fog and impact testing. Together, these actions give JIT a comprehensive quality assurance program capably of meeting the requirements of even the most demanding customers.
