OUR TEAM

Tim started JIT in 1993. He remains the owner and president. Tim has a Chemical Engineering degree and an MBA in Operations Management from the University of St Thomas. Tim is a people person. He takes pride in setting broad business objectives and then letting his team figure out the best way to accomplish things. Tim is active in a number of professional organizations, his church and other volunteer activities. He’s an avid golfer and basketball player. He stays busy with a recently retired wife and growing number of grandchildren.

Ann has been with JIT for 27 years. She grew up on a farm in Western Wisconsin. Yes, she is a Packer’s fan! Ann has an Accounting Degree from the Minneapolis Business College. She is an absolute wizard with numbers and organization and keeps the rest of us in line. Family and friends are very important to Ann. Look up ‘attention to detail’ in the dictionary and you’ll see a picture of Ann. She too stays busy with a growing number of grandchildren, who bring her endless joy. Ann and her husband enjoy travel and adventure.

Doug has been with JIT for 31 years. He started working on the production line and grew with the company over the years. Doug has an Associate Degree in Business Management from Dakota County Technical College. Doug is a thinker and a positive, enthusiastic team player, always working to make things happen for our customers. He enjoys getting up early, drinking a cup of coffee and watching the sun come up. A very family oriented guy; just ask him to tell you about his grandkids, who all adore him!

Brian has been with JIT for 15 years. He has an Associate Degree in Computer Networking from Winona Technical College and a Business Management Degree from Rasmussen College. Brian is a rabid Chicago Blackhawks and Bears fan and enjoys coaching youth sports and riding his motorcycle. His two young sons keep him plenty busy when not at work. Brian comes with an easy laugh. You’ll find him enthusiastic, easy to work with and serious about ensuring we meet your coating needs.

William has been with JIT for 10 years. He has an Industrial Engineering degree from Autonoma University, Cali - Colombia. William is immensely proud of his two fast growing children. With a ready smile, consistently positive attitude and willingness to wear many hats for us here, William is a valued member of the team. William drives our Quality, Safety and Engineering efforts, all aimed at ensuring JIT performs to exceed your expectations.
