Large Conveyor System: Our longest conveyor stretches over 850 feet with a weight capacity of 50 pounds per foot. This makes it one of the largest capacity conveyor systems in Minnesota. The parts processing window is 6 feet high by 3 feet wide and parts as long as 12 feet in length can be processed. It can also be fed manually to take on longer parts. The line moves from 6 feet to 15 feet per minute with normal speeds in the 7 to 8 feet per minute range. Our state-of-the-art 6-stage pretreatment system, with 200 high pressure jets, includes a Galaxy multi-metal alkaline cleaner, iron phosphate, non-chrome seal and a reverse osmosis water rinse. A 22 foot, "Iontech" reclaim booth and a 16 foot paint booth with both automatic and manual painting capabilities is where the powder is applied. The oven is an "in-line" gas convection oven capable of sustained temperatures between 350-490 degrees F.
Small Conveyor System: This is a smaller conveyor system that is streamlined to do smaller jobs quickly. The line is 300 feet and has a parts processing window of 5 feet high by 2 1/2 feet wide and can handle parts 14 feet in length. Line speeds range from 3 to 8 feet per minute and runs at nominal speeds from 4 1/2 to 6 feet per minute. A gas-fired infra-red oven capable of temperature between 350-410 degrees F.
Free Monorail / Batch System: Boasting the largest batch capability in the Midwest region. Our Monorail/Cart capable paint system is rated for 300 pounds per foot and has a parts processing window of 7 feet high by 6 feet wide and is 48 feet in length. The parts are pretreated using a combination Galaxy chemical injected-heated pressure wash system. The manual paint booth extends 42 feet with two painter positions. The 48 foot oven is in-line gas convection capable of sustained temperatures between 350 to 410 degrees F.
Warehousing & Transportation: We provide over 8000 square feet of warehousing with 8 docks, 2 ground level drive in doors, pallet racking and mezzanine areas. We also have an additional 3000 square feet of off-sight space. Our 3 straight trucks can provide Metro Area pick up and delivery at very competitive rates.
