JIT Powder Coating’s Main line conveyor system is 850 feet.  It is rated for 75 lbs per foot giving JIT one of the longest, heaviest conveyor systems in the Twin City area.

The part window size is 5 ft x 3 ft by 11 ft  (H x W x L) .  The line speed ranges from 6 to 12 FPM with an average line speed 8 FPM.  The average line speed results in a process cycle time (1^st part on to 1^st part off) of ~ 2 hours.
